From scratch ideas:
ReplyDeleteSyrup: 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar or so. There are several fruit syrup recipes available online.
Granola bars: I've made homemade granola bars with oats, you may also need honey, peanut butter, or corn syrup as the mortar :-)
bread: by hand or bread machine. I have an easy recipe for Artesian bread dough -no kneading - it makes bread, rolls, and bread bowls.
Pretzels - many bread machines have a recipe for pretzel dough or you can do it by hand - google how to...
Paper towels - last year I spent it 'going green'. We didn't have paper towels in the house. I have re-introduced them to the family for liner's in the lunch boxes and for cleaning the griddle after making pancakes...
