Don't forget the leftovers

Bought v8 juice large bottle a few weeks back. My husband likes it...me 'not so much'. We had a 1/3 bottle left. I poured it into muffin tins to freeze and then place in zip lock baggies for use in homemade chile or maybe a bloody mary.
